Delays, Lost, or Damaged Packages

• Lost: Contact us within 10 days of expected delivery

• Damaged: Contact us within 7 days with a photo

• We will file a USPS claim and either reship or refund

• Only one replacement per order

• Shipping fees are non-refundable

We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses entered at checkout.
No refunds or reshipments will be issued for address errors.
