REFUND POLICY

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee (Unopened Products Only)
We stand behind our products with a 30-day refund policy for unopened bottles in original, resalable condition.

Eligibility: Returns within 30 days of delivery. Unopened, undamaged, original packaging.

Refund Amount: Full price minus 20% restocking fee and return shipping.

• Single bottle ($38): Max refund = $30.40
• 3-bottle bundle ($99): Max refund = $79.20

Return Shipping: Customer pays (non-refundable). Use tracked shipping.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email admin@movzuwellness.com with order # and reason.
2. Await RMA number (required on package).
3. Ship to provided address.
4. Refund within 14 business days of receipt.
No refunds on opened products, used items, or shipping fees.
